JOHN DAVID TUCKER age 70 of East Chicago passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis.

John worked in the environmental protection agency in East Chicago and Indianapolis.

He is survived by: wife, LeCrea Hanyard-Tucker, three step-children, LeTerris, Terry and Talea Strickland: five brothers, James (Diane), Marvin (Glenda), Eddie (Doris), Dwayne (Jenny) and Anthony; six sisters Carolyn, Billie Holmes, Mary Raybon (Kenneith), Sharon (Michael Chambers), Diane (Cedric Bigham), and Denise; Mother-in-law, Matilda Pettiford; Father-in-law William Hanyard; Uncle William Webb, Sister-in-law LaJuana Nunaly (Alfonso); and a host of nephews, nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces, relatives and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents John D. and Almatine Tucker.
